  • Any additional documents: $250.00 each (ex. HCPOA, DPOA, Living Wills, Advance Directives, Trusts and Deeds)
  • Pulling a deed from the Register of Deeds office: $10.00
  • Recording fee: $35.00

 

REAL ESTATE

  • Offer to Purchase Preparation:
    • if using Bell Title Company - $300.00
    • if not using Bell Title Company - $500.00 
  • Review Offer to Purchase only: $250.00
  • Prepare Quit Claim Deed/Warranty Deed alone: $200.00 - $250.00

  • Prepare Land Contract only:

    • if using Bell Title Company - $500.00

  • LLC formation: $1,000.00 plus state filing fees - Takes 1 Week, but we can expedite to 1-2 days (fee is $25-$50 more)

  • S CORPORATION formation: $1.250.00 and up plus state filing fees

 

 

BANKRUPTCY

  • Chapter 7: $2,000.00 plus filing fees
  • Chapter 13: $3,000.00 (payment plans) plus filing fees

 

 

HOURLY RATE

  • $350.00 (discount - $250.00)
